What we handle for companies

We work with companies that want to grow and improve their processes. We serve limited liability companies, partnerships and foundations, including family foundations.

    We handle payroll and HR; at year end we compile accrued leave together with related employer costs.

  • Partnerships and foundations

    Accounting for partnerships and foundations; every month we show the partners of a general partnership their share of income and the tax advance.

  • Holdings and family foundations

    We design, implement and service structures in organizational and accounting terms. Tax advice is provided by an external partner we work with.

  • Systems and automation

    We organize processes and procedures, and build spreadsheet templates and tools, either no-code or custom-made.

In the example (sample data), Przykładowa Spółka z o.o. has a profit in the books of PLN 612,400.00 for the period I–IX 2026, and the account balance on 30.09.2026 is PLN 177,200.00.

These two figures are rarely equal. We break the difference down in a statement item by item: receivables from customers, inventory, asset purchases, repayments and withdrawals.

Accounting firm services and the My True Balance platform

In the My True Balance platform, you talk with the firm in threads with an email copy, and you have documents and figures from the books in one place.

Data is entered without retyping: a photo of a receipt, a voice note, a single "+" on your phone, invoice approval on your phone.

The Forecast module shows the account balance for the coming months, so you can see in advance when the account may run short of money, and possible actions to discuss with your True Balance accountant.

The platform modules are part of True Balance accounting services. We implement the platform for a limited number of our accounting clients.
